A workshop based on critical thinking, it’s necessity and implementation in class by various means was held at Hoerner College on 24th June by Raj Kumar Singh, the very renowned coach and trainer. He is an English Language Teaching Professional and soft skills trainer with CELTA from University of Cambridge.
04.08.2023 The 6-hour training programme was held in The Atrium of Hoerner College and was conducted by Mrs. Anita Arathoon, a learned Scholar, reputed author, and a Master Trainer in her own right with an extensive experience in teaching as well. She has held the post of Assistant Secretary of the Association of Teachers in Anglo Indian Schools and presently is a sought after resource person and holds workshops in Schools and Colleges pan India.
10.08.2023 The process of training is ongoing and not a one-time event. To ensure this, a workshop was conducted to train the minds of our students. Dr. Tushar Chetwani, the author of the best-selling books “Memory Infinite” and “Exams Decoded,” He is also the recipient of the “Best Memory Trainer” award by India Book of Records and has addressed over 10,00,000 people since 2009 and Mr. Jitesh Srivastava, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and a civil engineer by education, who is presently associated with Prasar Bharti (Doordarshan) conducted the workshop.
Hoerner College celebrated the 76th Independence Day with immense enthusiasm and unwavering patriotism.
30.08.2023 The vibrant campus of Hoerner College was bustling with literary festivities as we celebrated the birth anniversary of Mrs. V.S. Singh, the esteemed co-founder of the college. The annual inter-collegiate festival, “Literati,” was held as usual, with 20 distinguished schools participating. This year, the festival was conducted in English, as per the tradition of alternating between Hindi and English every year.
04.09.2023 On International Taekwondo Day, the skilled practitioners of Hoerner College put on an impressive display of strength, skill, and power to highlight the importance of taekwondo.
05.09.2023 Hoerner College organized a grand celebration to honor the hard work and dedication of its teachers on Teacher’s Day.
07.09.2023 Hoerner College celebrated Janmashtami with great fervor. The day commenced with a Special Morning Assembly that highlighted the significance of this auspicious day. Students enthusiastically participated in the ‘Matka Phodo’ ceremony, which is a traditional activity that replicates Lord Krishna’s mischievous behavior. To commemorate the celebration, different sections of the college organized various activities related to the festival. These activities included Fancy Dress, Pot Decoration, Krishna Jhaaaki, and much more. The students participated with great enthusiasm and made the day even more special.Hoerner College wishes everyone a very Happy Janmashtami!
