A Strong Foundation is the stepping stone to the success. Hoerner College was founded by Dr. and Mrs. Surender Singh in 1968. They returned USA after finishing their studies and working in the field of education for years. The foundation stone was laid by the Chief Minister Late Mr. C.B. Gupta on April 16th,1968, when the construction of the College started.
